Ingard Jensen is a student who specialises in taking photographs of still-life, flowers and landscapes. He uses an Olympus E-510 to capture his photographs, and uses a mixture of artificial and natural daylight for lighting. I like the simplicity of Jensen's photographs with the use of a plain white background because it draws attention to the outline and texture of the fruit. I also find it interesting how Jensen experiments with the texture of water on the fruit, using it to magnify the fruit's texture in the droplets, and the technique of capturing the fruit submerged in the water, with the water splitting the photo into two sections.
